- Catholic
Academy of West Buffalo. "The Catholic Academy of
West Buffalo prides itself on its high quality education program. We
are strategically located in the heart of Buffalo's historic
Delaware Ave. district. As of September 2004, the Lafayette Campus
grades Pre-Kindergarten (4 year-old), through 2, will move into the
Delaware Campus building. The Catholic Academy of West Buffalo,
grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8 will be located at 1069 Delaware
Avenue.
We are a regional elementary school, supported by eleven parishes on
Buffalo's West Side. Our member parishes include Annunciation,
Blessed Sacrament, Holy Angels, Holy Cross, Immaculate Conception,
Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Loretto, St.
Anthony of Padua, St. Joseph Cathedral, St. Louis and St. Michael."

"Nativity of Our Lord is a Catholic school, part of the Buffalo
Diocese. Located in Orchard Park, New York, Nativity offers classes
from Pre-Kindergarten through grade eight. Nativity provides an

Southtowns area. Founded in 1910 by Fr. Crimmens, Nativity continues
to provide education, meeting and exceeding all New York standards,

Joseph School University Heights. "St. Joseph
Elementary School is the oldest, continually operational Catholic
elementary school in the City of Buffalo. St. Joseph School opened
its doors in 1849 as a German school. At its inception it occupied a
wooden frame house. The Sisters of St. Joseph began teaching at the
school in 1882, and have continued to serve our students since that
time. Currently, three members of the faculty are Sisters from the
religious community, as is our principal, Sr. Genevieve Efthemis."

a proud Educational Institute since 1874. It has had many prominent
graduates over its 130 years of serving our community. The Felician
Sisters have serviced the school both as educators and
administrators. They continue to do their good work at the school,
to this day.
